We collect only the data necessary to provide our digital books and services:
- Purchases: When you purchase an ebook, payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We receive your name, email address, transaction reference, and purchase timestamp to deliver your downloadable copy and provide customer support. We do not store or process payment card details directly.
- Waitlist Signups: If you join a waitlist for upcoming titles (e.g., Airway & Ventilation), we collect your email address so we can notify you when the book is released.
- Analytics & Usage: With your consent, we use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to understand website interactions and traffic sources, and to measure and improve the performance of our ads (for example, whether a visit leads to a purchase or a waitlist signup). Nothing from these tools loads until you accept.
3. Cookies & Consent
We respect your privacy choices. Analytics and advertising cookies are disabled by default and are only set after you click "Accept" on our cookie consent banner. You can update or revoke your cookie choices at any time by clicking in the footer.
4. Data Storage & Third Parties
We rely on trusted infrastructure providers to run our service:
- Stripe: Payment processing and checkout.
- Supabase: Secure database and storage for delivering time-limited download links.
- Google (Analytics, Tag Manager): Web analytics and ad measurement (cookies only with your consent).
- Meta (Meta Pixel): Ad measurement and audience building on Facebook and Instagram (only with your consent).
- Hostinger: Website hosting.
5. Your Rights
